Their Head Chef Sarah put together an exceptional menu that included duck and honey vessels; ham and fig jelly quesadillas; lamb sliders; pork belly boats; some tasty treats specifically catered for several vegans; as well as the biggest, tastiest and most delectable charcuterie board you could hope to see in your lifetime. They served the food at the perfect temp and their highly professional waitstaff managed to navigate their way to everyone equally. Guests were satiated food-wise and their thirsts quenched with Garnishes managing both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including supplying the glassware. The function was managed seamlessly by Chris and Glen without incident, so well done lads and ladies as our guests were delighted and were asking who the caterers were.
