"I booked The Odd Squad for my daughter’s first birthday the week commencing the 8th July. Jess confirmed everything was booked and I paid the deposit on the 12th July. Three weeks prior to the event Jess cancelled. Jess advised my deposit would be refunded. I replied to Jess acknowledging this. 10 days had passed and I still had not received my deposit. I contacted Jess & after some back and forth Jess advised the refund had ‘bounced back’. I confirmed my bank details with her and was ensured the refund would be processed. Another week has passed and I still have not received my refund. I tried calling Jess however, the number could not be connected. I sent another email and was advised Jess would have her accountant look into it. Jess advised the accountant missed her emails. Jess has replied to all my correspondence, however I do not feel it is fair I have had to follow up my deposit and wait almost three weeks."
