"We hired over $1000 of equipment from this firm and were completely dissatisfied! Firstly the flooring. They came and measured up but this was not done correctly and on the day of installation we were told they could only put down about 6 metres of the 18m x 5m. Eventually they cut the flooring to fit, after much negotiation and stress. The flooring itself was completely substandard with raw wooden floor boards that looked like they were seconds from Bunnings. There were many chips and gouges and one crack. We had to warn all our female guests to take care to ensure no accidents with high heels or clothing. Only one of two punch dispensers was delivered and we had to ring to ask for the other to be delivered. At this point I was asked over the phone if WE had checked the lights! I just assumed that the hiring company would do that before they were delivered! As it turned out one of the disco lights had a loose wire and did not work and so was taken back.We were at that point told that there were no spares and even if there were they would not have time to deliver them to us! On the night of the party it was discovered that one of the punch dispensers did not work! We had to ring A.H. number and another was delivered but the party had started when it arrived. So first only one delivered and then one didn't work! The Marquee was fine, but other than that, I would never use recommend this company to anyone!"
