"We’ve hired a water slide and supposed to be delivered on site between 8:45am-9:15am. There wasn’t any sign of them, hence we’ve started to ring them, with no response, left few messages with no call back! Finally got through them at 9:25am which claimed their driver is running late and will be there in 15mins! No show again, contacted them at 10 am, with same excuses! The party was for 10am! The delivery driver finally got there by 10:15! And 1 person only that took 35 minutes to setup! Very disappointing customer service with full of lies and no communication at all! Terrible! Stay away from this company and don’t fall into the trap of their lower quote! It will ruin your day!"
